Daržinėlės
Daržinėlės is a village in Varėna district municipality, in Alytus County, in southeastern Lithuania. EtymologyThe name Daržinėlės comes from a plural form of a word Lithuanian: daržinėlė ('a little shed'). The village is known as Polish: Świnny Las, Russian: Свинны-Ляс in earlier sources. It means 'a pig forest' in Slavic languages.[2] References
