Meezaan Jafri (born Syed Meezaan Ahmed Jaffrey ; 9 March 1995) is an Indian actor who works in Hindi films. The son of actor Jaaved Jaaferi and grandson of comedian Jagdeep ,[ 1] Malaal [ 2] Hungama 2 Yaariyan 2 [ 3]
Early life
Jafri was born on 9 March 1995 to actor Jaaved Jaaferi and his wife Habiba Jaafery. He is the grandson of veteran actor Jagdeep . He studied business at the Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania , but then decided to study film direction and editing at the School of Visual Arts in New York.[ 4]
Career
Jafri assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali and was the body double for Ranveer Singh in Padmavat [ 5] [ 6] [ 7] Bajirao Mastani Gangubai Kathiawadi [ 8] [ 9]
Jafri during Malaal ' Jafri made his debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali 's romantic drama Malaal Sharmin Segal .[ 10] News18 [ 11] Saibal Chatterjee of NDTV Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut nomination for the film.[ 12]
