English Electric Canberra
English Electric Canberra adalah pesawat pengebom sedang bermesin jet yang merupakan generasi pertama pesawat sejenis milik Britania Raya-Australia. Pesawat ini dikembangkan perusahaan English Electric dari pertangahan hingga akhir 1940an setelah adanya permintaan pengganti pengebom cepat de Haviland Mosquito yang digunakan selama Perang Dunia II. Persyaratan dari Kementerian Udara Britania Raya di antaranya kemampuan pengeboman ketinggian tinggi luar biasa serta kecepatan tinggi. Sebagian persyaratan ini tercapai dengan menggunakan teknologi propulsi jet yang ketika itu baru dikembangkan. Ketika pesawat ini mulai beroperasi di Angkatan Udara Britania Udara (RAF, Royal Air Force) pada Mei 1951, Canberra adalah pengebom bermesin jet pertama di RAF.
