Jalen Terrell Woods (born June 10, 2000) is an American professional football safety for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Baylor[2] and was drafted in the third round with the 79th overall pick of the 2022 NFL draft.
Professional career
Woods was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers in the third round, 79th overall, of the 2022 NFL draft.[5]
On September 30, 2023, Woods was placed on the reserve/non-football illness list.[6] He was activated on December 5.[7]
On August 28, 2024, Woods was waived by the Chargers.[8]
Philadelphia Eagles
On August 30, 2024, Woods was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad.[9] He was released on October 22.
Chicago Bears
On November 7, 2024, Woods signed with the Chicago Bears practice squad.[10]
Seattle Seahawks
On January 17, 2025, Woods signed a reserve/future contract with the Seattle Seahawks.[11]
